The University of Sherbrooke held its Annual Student Awards Gala last November. Sylvain Girard, then Acting General Manager of Kruger’s Brompton Mill, handed Gene-H.-Kruger Scholarships to Marc-Antoine Lauzon and Philip Quinn, who are both Biotechnology Engineering students.

ABOUT THE GENE-H.kRUGER FUND

Each year, Kruger Inc., through the Gene H. Kruger Fund, awards scholarships to students at several educational institutions in administration, science and engineering, particularly forest engineering, and pulp and paper studies.  Through this support, Kruger Inc. promotes advances in research and the emergence of a pool of skills in regions where it has operations.
